Terms & Conditions

  1. Order confirmation is based on the details filled in the order form. Please enter all fields correctly.
  2. Order confirmation is subject to payment of 50% advance
  3. Order cancellation/ changes are accepted till 48 hrs before delivery, after which advance shall not be refunded.
  4. Hampers/ Dessert table orders are confirmed at  75% advance. Order changes not acceptable.
  5. Delivery is chargeable; as per 3rd party rates. Etiquelle does not take responsibility of the same. 
  6. Etiquelle is not responsible for damages once goodies leave our premises.
  7. Dessert Table set-up at venue is chargeable and props used are on hire basis, damages of loss will lead to payment of full cost and loosing caution deposit.
  8. All correspondence to be via messages (email, text message, whatsapp message). No verbal instructions are considered final.
  9. Balance payment to be made at the time of delivery. (In case of delivery service opted for, payment to be credited into account before delivery.)
  10. Kindly confirm with us method of storage of goodies, e.g. refrigeration/deep-freezing/room-temperature.
  11. Please specify any food allergies/ habits to be kept in mind. e.g. Eggless/ Gelatin free/ vegan etc.
  12. Since packaging is pre-ordered by us from third party no changes will be accepted in the same. 

You will be notified over email once your order is confirmed. Further discussions to finalise delivery, packaging, pricing and payment options will follow thereafter. All correspondence related to order only through "message" or by email.
